Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a key member of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store appearance at its best. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily activities.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, provide courteous service, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
