Job Description

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a crucial member of the store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a neat and organized store appearance.
  • Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
  • Stock shelves, monitor inventory accuracy, and report any issues to management.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and ensure the security of company assets.

Qualifications
