Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to create an exceptional shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred
