Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment for our customers. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, report product issues, and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
