Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily activities.
• Perform cashiering duties, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide top-notch customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members and managers.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to help enhance store performance.
• Contribute to inventory management and participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Adhere to cash management protocols and company policies to uphold security standards.
• Execute tasks as assigned and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail and familiarity with store operations preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
