Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocked, and maintained to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
- Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and stocking merchandise.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
