Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a crucial part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures for loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as stocking and lifting packages up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
