Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborating with team members and management, you will contribute to an efficient and positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance during the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in a retail setting preferred.
