Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and ensure cleanliness of the store.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to the management team.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
