Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will play a crucial role in ensuring an outstanding customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
