Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
