Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure customer shopping experience is top-notch.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
• Assist in store inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work efficiently in a retail environment.
• Operate cash register and various equipment safely and accurately.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
