Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and store cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
