Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, customer service, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor stock accuracy, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security and confidentiality, and perform assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to handle and move merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
