Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a full-time member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining merchandise displays, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Support inventory management by conducting store inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to company cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Meet all state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.
