Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and offers exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with competitive pay starting at $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Perform general cleaning duties and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
