Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Store Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neatly stocked shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and customer experiences.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
