Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in customer service and operational tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash management policies.
• Comply with company policies to ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
