Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
