Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall store environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Operate cash register efficiently and handle customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to inventory management and security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting items up to 45 pounds.
