Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-maintained and our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Assist with inventory management and report any issues to management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
