We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working as part of a dynamic team to provide exceptional service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Follow company policies and procedures, and contribute to inventory management.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
