Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the ALDI team. The primary responsibilities include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a positive customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred
