Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the smooth operation of the store.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange products.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with management.
• Inventory management and adherence to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in using equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
