Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will elevate the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers with a personalized shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures with a focus on security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Customer service skills and cash register proficiency
• Safe operation of store equipment
• Adherence to company standards for cleaning and maintenance
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
