Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a neat merchandise display
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels
• Adhere to company policies and minimize cash handling errors

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
