Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and products are displayed neatly. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to operate a cash register and maintain equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
