Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by handling various tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of maintaining store cleanliness to standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
