Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by handling various tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases and maintain neat displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of maintaining store cleanliness to standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Prior retail experience is an advantage.
