Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi and contribute to maintaining an excellent shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products, and report any issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Capable of operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and work efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
