Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will merchandise products, cashier, and ensure the store is clean and organized.

Position Type

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory and report on product issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Comply with company policies while maintaining document security
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Effective customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow cleaning standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
