Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service during their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
