Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store operates smoothly by handling merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your exceptional customer service skills and teamwork will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring the security of documents and data
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and within a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
