Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
