Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Type

Full-Time | Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week | Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
