Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join us at Aldi. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. This is a full-time position offering 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous service.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
