Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and stock replenishment tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk around the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Good customer service and cash handling skills.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
