Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized and providing exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will perform various tasks, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Type

• Full-Time

Average Hours

• 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

• $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Ability to safely operate equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
