Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains its high standards. As part of a supportive team, you will engage with customers, handle transactions, and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties to uphold the store's appearance.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• Contribute feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies to guarantee a secure and efficient shopping experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 45 pounds and engaging in general cleaning tasks.
• High school diploma preferred with previous retail experience beneficial.
