Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and handle customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register.
• Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
