Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and that our customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate openly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and provide feedback to management.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
