Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash register and follow cash procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
