Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and cashier duties
• Follow company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of meeting physical demands and adhering to safety guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in retail is a plus
