Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment for shoppers. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies for loss prevention.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and following company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
