Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our Aldi family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and support team collaboration
• Assist in inventory management and adherence to cash policies
• Contribute to the overall store maintenance and cleanliness

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
