Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience.

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain data confidentiality

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Meet state requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience is a plus
