Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, customer service, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a top-notch shopping experience.

Starting Wage

• $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer experience with exceptional service and collaborative teamwork.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
