Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a top-notch appearance and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of working with equipment and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
