Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a valuable member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in all interactions
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
