Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management, including conducting inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to cash policies to minimize discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Experience in retail environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Capacity to handle physical demands such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
