Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent.
